Phase 1:December 5th 2007
Beginning of refurbishment works. our Buffet Breakfast will be substituted by a complimentary Continental Breakfast daily served at our first floor.
Our Room Service and Bar Service will also be affected during this period and will remain unavailable. Permanent coffee and Minibar services offered as well at first floor at not cost.
Meeting Rooms available served by Rfprivate Dining Catering, held by Roman Fornell Executive Chef of the Restaurante Caelis, honoured by one star Michelin
Phase 2:From February 14th 2008
Beginning of the restoration of our meeting rooms and the hotel common areas.
During this time, our meeting rooms will be available on a gradual basis.
The common areas such as Hall, Scotch Bar, Restaurant Caelis will be out of service during this period.
The availability in terms of rooms will be subject to the renovation. For any inquiries

Phase 3:From December 14th 2008
Besides the new optimisation of the architectural infrastructure, our guests will experience
Soft interior re-decoration of public areas and lounges maintaining the beauty, classicism and majesty of our property.
In consequence, we will use noble materials, textures, linens and shades of colours captivated in the El Palace.

Phase 4:From November 1st 2009
Completion of three rooms floors and on a gradual basis room’s availability will be opened up to our guests.
The above phases will be subject to changes.
