The Palace will not give up converting winter into a special time of the year. Forget the usual apathy of January and, even if we are in the city, let's move to the Alps thanks to button number 7 of the elevator (or should we say chairlift?) of the hotel.
The Roof Garden will surprise us with its pergola converted into a chalet in the purest Alpine style. Once inside, Alpine gastronomic specialties, such as the authentic Raclette and Fondue, will honor cheese lovers, as well as desserts designed by our Chef Miguel Costa, for the sweet tooth.
