General Conditions of Hotel El Palace Barcelona

Guarantee Policy:

All reservations require a credit card for confirmation. This will be used as a guarantee to keep your room available for the entire night of your arrival date.

No charges will be made to the credit card unless special rates or periods with specific conditions apply, which will be indicated when making the reservation. The payment for the stay must be made directly at the hotel.

The hotel reserves the right to verify the validity of the credit card provided. If the card is declined by our system, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

Cancellation policy:
If your reservation is flexible, it can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the arrival date (13:00 local time).

In case of late cancellations or no-shows, the amount corresponding to the first night, including taxes, will be charged to the credit card provided, and the remainder of the stay will be cancelled.

In case of early departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge the full stay as a penalty.

The hotel reserves the right to charge the full amount of the stay in advance during high demand periods to guarantee availability.

If your reservation is non-refundable, payment will be made in advance at the time of confirmation and cannot be modified or cancelled.

Check-in and check-out times:
Check-in is available from 15:00. If you expect to arrive after 24:00, please notify us by writing to: reservas@hotelpalacebarcelona.com to avoid automatic cancellation of your reservation.

Check-out time is 12:00.

Families and special Needs:
Children up to 2 years old (inclusive) can stay free of charge upon request for a cot.

If you require special assistance, please contact us by email at: reservas@hotelpalacebarcelona.com to ensure availability of a specially adapted room.

Traveling with pets:
Only one dog up to 10 kg per room is allowed, with a daily supplement. The guest is responsible for any damages caused.

Dogs may access all common areas of the hotel, provided they behave well and do not disturb other guests.

Privacy and Data Protection:
All personal data provided will be treated confidentially and incorporated into a file for advertising purposes only, owned by Hotel El Palace Barcelona (Royal Blue Bird S.L.), and will never be transmitted or transferred to third parties.

If you have opted to receive future promotions from Hotel El Palace Barcelona and Royal Blue Bird, you may unsubscribe at any time.

Group Booking Policy:
For bookings of more than 10 rooms, please contact our department at: groupsandevents@hotelpalacebarcelona.com.

The hotel will offer specific rates and conditions for groups. Therefore, any bookings of more than 10 rooms made through the website will be automatically cancelled.
