Salvador Dalí was a frequent guest of the hotel. What is now the Salvador Dalí Art Suite, is the same place where the artist lived for extensive periods of time. Famous models would have appointments to meet him here. We have a number of surrealist anecdotes in which he stars, including the time when he became a work of art by performing in front of the press.
Our suites have been stocked with all of the amenities that you might need to ensure that your stay is as stress free as you deserve.
This eccentric suite was inspired by the timeless image of Salvador Dalí – and even comes with a canopy bed.
You will find carefully restored antiques here, dating back to the hotel’s very beginning. The suite has kept all the essence of Dalí.
The fabrics for this suite are created based on Italian damasks from the 17th century. Luxury is into details and quality.

Born in Catalonia, famous around the world
Salvador Dalí was a frequent client of the hotel during the decade of the 1970s. During that time, he photographed models in the same Roman bath that is in the suite today.
The birthday present
One of our most surreal memories with Dalí was when he sent a taxidermied white horse up the main staircase of the hotel to the room where he was staying with his wife, Gala, presenting it to her as a birthday present.
